IS succeeded in achieving a progress in Alnashwa neighborhood in the southeast of Hasaka after battles with regime forces and its militias.

one of Sound and Picture reporters in Hasaka City, said: “last night IS dominated a strategic points within Alnashwa neighborhood, including sports city and children hospital after clashes with regime forces backed with YPG, national army militias and tribes army. However, these clashes caused a lot of kills and wounded among  the regime forces and its militias, some of the bodies were taken by IS while others were transferred to one of hospitals in neighborhoods controlled by regime within Hasaka”.

IS progress in Alnashwa neighborhood accompany with intense shelling by the international coalition forces on strategic sites in Hasaka.

The activist Siraj Al_huskkawi,  said: “coalition forces aircraft targeted two IS’s sites in two days with more than 10 air raids, 8 of them were on the edge of Almilabia Regiment while two of them were on Tal Baroud and Sodat Abd villages”.

Worth mentioning that, coalition raids caused a large number of kills among IS fighters in the past few days in Hasaka, including 2 leaders “Amer Alrfdan and Abu Osama Aliraqi” and more than 17 Aziz Soldiers brigade members, who were brought by IS from Deir Ezzor to Hasaka to fight with it.
